This quote means that if you don't have goals you won't go anywhere. You goals can be as small as losing 5 pounds in a week or they can be as big as i want go graduate college. You have to want something for it to happen. If you don't try to do anything nothing is going to happen, goals will help you achieve things. An example of this is when you have a goal you will want to achieve, and that goal will occupy yourself so you can achieve greater things.  You have to work hard for things and without things you have nothing to work for. Your goals have to be realistic and things that will be good for you. Even if you have no strive for things, goals will hep you to get that determination for life. You can start out small then you go up and achieve more. You have to try because you will get nowhere if you don't try.

This quote means that those who do good will experience what life really is, not those who do bad. An example of this is when you don't steal you will live life to it's full extent, but if you steal you will only go through the motions of life. You will be happy and see more things if you do good. But if you do bad you can't be happy and you can't see everything life has to offer. That's why you have to do good 24/7 because it will open up more options for you in life. Doing bad will only prevent you from doing things and that's no fun. Doing good will benefit you all the way through life, you will be happier and enjoy it more. If you do bad you won't be happy and you won't see life like others do. You have to look at life in positive way and the only way to do that is to do good. Doing bad will not help you in any way, so why do it?

This quote means that doing the popular thing doesn't matter, because most likely it will be wrong. You can't let "oh but everyone is doing it" be your answer every time. Like drinking, you shouldn't be pressured to drink because you want to seem cool, if they complain then oh well, it your body they don't make the choices. An example of this is when you are at a party and people are trying get you to drink, if you seem "cool" and drink you'll be affecting your body. People focus on trying to be popular that they don't realize that being popular doesn't matter later on in life. Some people have a different idea of fun, that excludes drinking or smoking. If you pressure people into doings things your not letting them choose for themselves, it their body so you shouldn't choose what they put in it. And if people think you "can't hang" then that's their problem, you shouldn't care what they think. I don't enjoy ...

SALEM WITCH TRIALS I chose this topic because it has been interesting to me for a long time. I love this topic and i could talk all day long about it. The Salem Witch Trials began in 1692, a young group of girls accused a women of being a witch. People started to freak out, the reason they believed it was probably because when women act independently it seems like the devil has came. The first convicted was  Bridget Bishop,she was hanged in June. In September 1962 the chaos turned into to trials. Bitterness began to spread all over town and soon everyone was on alert. In January 1692, a 9 and 11 year old began having fits, Tituba, there slave, was accused of this.
