~Interview and examine patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders

~Consult with physicians to develop patient treatment plans

~Perform diagnostic tests such as measuring lung capacity

~Treat patients by using a variety of methods, including chest physiotherapy and aerosol medications

~Monitor and record the progress of treatment

 Respiratory therapists need at least an associate’s degree, but employers may prefer applicants who have a bachelor’s degree. Many colleges and universities, vocational–technical institutes, and the Armed Forces offer education and training programs. Most programs award an associate’s or bachelor’s degree.

You have to want something for it to happen. If you don't try to do anything nothing is going to happen, goals will help you achieve things. An example of this is when you have a goal you will want to achieve, and that goal will occupy yourself so you can achieve greater things.  You have to work hard for things and without things you have nothing to work for. Your goals have to be realistic and things that will be good for you. Even if you have no strive for things, goals will hep you to get that determination for life. You can start out small then you go up and achieve more. You have to try because you will get nowhere if you don't try.
