Veterinary Technologist

  Duties and Responsibilities: 
 ~clean and wrap wounds
 ~check vital statistics
 ~collect samples and administer medication
 ~perform basic lab work
 ~communicate to pet owners 
 ~help during patient examinations and surgical procedures

  Salary: hourly wage: $31,470 a year, $14.56 an hour

  Education: Associate of Science in Veterinary Technology, Trade school or technical college training

  Demand for this particular career:

 ~understanding of animal behavior
 ~well-organized
 ~detail-oriented
 ~ carry out instruction
 ~ document patient statistics and update records

 Reflection~ I would want to have this job because although it isn't a full on veterinarian its also seems interesting.
