There is a flu going around that has caused more than 3 people to die. The flu is being spread like a regular flu(EX:sneezing, coughing,etc.)The doctors say that there are three possible reasons why this happening. One is the flu is connecting with another germ, another is that if the victim had heart disease or asthma that could have effected them, and the third is a so-called cytokine storm, its when the immune system is overwhelmed by the infection. A 10 year old, a 4 year old, and a 21 year old died because of this flu. People say it might be like the "Spanish Flu" that happened in 1918, it killed over 50 million people. Researchers have gone back and check the tissue samples, but most of the women and men that have died is more likely affected by the cytokine storm.

This quote means that if you don't have goals you won't go anywhere. You goals can be as small as losing 5 pounds in a week or they can be as big as i want go graduate college. You have to want something for it to happen. If you don't try to do anything nothing is going to happen, goals will help you achieve things. An example of this is when you have a goal you will want to achieve, and that goal will occupy yourself so you can achieve greater things.  You have to work hard for things and without things you have nothing to work for. Your goals have to be realistic and things that will be good for you. Even if you have no strive for things, goals will hep you to get that determination for life. You can start out small then you go up and achieve more. You have to try because you will get nowhere if you don't try.
