An example of this is when you help your mom out doing chores, it will later affect when you see someone that needs help, its like an instinct. Even the little things like asking someone on the bus, who is standing, if they would like your seat. In this world you have to be nice, you can't be rude all your life, and sometimes you can do something nice without knowing. It might become a pattern that your just nice on a everyday basis, which will help you later on in life.
